Norvelune™ · Store Terms
Terms and Conditions
The commercial terms governing purchases, payment, fulfillment and after-sales service.
1. Agreement
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate order, contact, billing and delivery information.
3. Product information
We aim to present products accurately. Screen settings, handmade processes, natural material variation and production tolerances may cause reasonable differences in color, grain, glaze, texture or measurements.
4. Prices and payment
Prices, shipping and applicable taxes are shown at checkout where supported. Payment must be successfully authorized. We may correct obvious pricing or listing errors before fulfillment and will contact affected customers where appropriate.
5. Order acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. We may reject or cancel orders because of stock, payment failure, suspected fraud, address limitations, errors or legal restrictions. Any collected payment for a canceled order will be refunded.
6. Processing and delivery
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 7 business days after payment confirmation. Standard U.S. transit normally takes 10–15 business days after dispatch. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
7. Returns and refunds
Eligible return requests must be made within 30 calendar days after delivery. Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days after approval, subject to additional posting time by financial institutions.
8. Proper use
Follow product instructions and use products only for their stated purpose. Decorative objects are not toys. Trays, vessels and display pieces are not food-contact products unless expressly stated.
9. Intellectual property
Norvelune™ names, branding, product imagery, text, designs and site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be used without permission.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited as provided by applicable law. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural events, transportation disruption, government action, labor disputes, infrastructure failure or carrier interruption.
12. Governing rules and changes
These terms are governed by applicable law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections. We may revise them prospectively; the updated date appears above.
